E-mails incoming to this address will be reviewed on the 24th December and the 8th January. Please be aware, only emergencies will be reviewed during the specified dates (i.e. service outages). All other queries sent to this address during the closed days will be moved to relevant departments for processing when RICOSHOCKS reopens.
